Client - Buyer (Individual)

Data Collected: Full name, home address, date of birth, email address, contact telephone number, proof of identification, proof of address, proof of funds, proof of source of funds, financial data, and answers to questions regarding investment strategies and goals.

Purposes of Data:

  • Provide tailored property investment and sourcing services.
  • Fulfil Customer Due Diligence (CDD) obligations under UK Money Laundering Regulations.
  • Receive payment for services provided (where applicable).

Client - Buyer (Company / Corporate Structure)

Data Collected: Full name, home address, date of birth, email address, contact telephone number, proof of identification and proof of address for any shareholders or controllers (holding 25%+ ownership/control), proof of funds, proof of source of funds, financial data, and answers to questions regarding investment strategies and goals.

Purposes of Data:

  • Fulfil Know Your Business (KYB) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) obligations under Money Laundering Regulations.

Professional Associates
